Im thinking Brooks and Rice would be two of the biggest names to hit the open market. I could see Griese getting cut there too.
The skins may have to cut a ton of players, but Cooley getting cut would be unreal, that guy is awesome. Portis and Jansen restructered so they could have more cap space.
Shields will be cut in KC it looks like, that could really affect Larry Johnson's success next year.
The steelers wont be able to resign Randle El.
After those guys, your guess is as good as mine.
I am glad the Boys have a little wiggle room. I just hope Vinateri lands in Big D. A good kicker would have made all the diffence in the world last year. It actually would have been a playoff berth.
I would be surprised if Cooley was cut also. I would like it though since I hate the skins. I heard earlier this week that the Redskins may have 20+ rookies on the team this season due to cap cuts.

Skins have restructured several contracts, they will not be playing with 20 rookies on the roster.

Thats too bad. The only thing better would be if they had to use only retired players!

I know Dallas released La'roi Glover and Dat Nguyen retired.
